I suggest you notify authorities immediately, along with legal counsel. Particularly if you know the identity or any information regarding the one who did this to you.

In the meantime, I take it you have no idea how this bacteria is transmissible? Or if it's more in the nature of nanomachinery?

Until I have more information, because of the obvious risks, and because the hospitals are very tied up at present, I don't think I can work with you directly. Do you know if it is of any physical hazard to you, beyond transmitting information to a third-party, or are they otherwise harmless?
